I have a secondary account, PhoenixSpirit, but I want to save it for researching the future expansion for CF. I also use that account to give out money. It has shared no transactions in the Auction House with BirdSpirit. May I please keep it?

If you are going to delete it though, please PM me first, as I have some important info saved on there.

Where do we report account abuse? Under game Support?

Hi, I would like to inform you of my 7 alts: anaconda 2, anconda 3, ..4, ..5, ..6, ..7, ..8.
Please delete them.

...Well it's already done.
Good job Edgebee.

PS: playing in a guild with people that aren't me is much more interesting (should be the main reason to avoid alts)

Obviously i cannot offcially answer to this, but in the past Edgebee made known that they tolerate multiple accounts provided these have no interaction between each other and one doesn't take advantage of the other(s). This should include:

-no exchange of any sort, direct or indirect of credits, items, creatures, no matter the circumstances;

-no direct or indirect collaboration in a same syndicate;

and from past experience, i would add

-official public recognition of own multis, to avoid scamming other players (it's annoying to have a secondary account in concurrent synds if you hope for fair competition).

In other words, treating your secondaries as guest accounts (no interaction with any other players at all) is the best way to stay in the line. And fairiest way to single-account players.

I'm sorry to add that using a secondary to accumulate credits and give them out is a sort of abuse too.
It advantages some players against others, and i think that if you want to give credits out, it should come from your own purse (=main account) only. But again, i'm also against people making huges gifts when they leave the game.. oh, well, guess that's just me.

I guess, if you have actual proof of account abuse, you can just write to either of the devs ;)

Hello,
I wanted to be sure that my friends or my accounts doesn't get deleted since I don't really know what you see as abuse and what not.
My friend an I live together, sharing the same connection. Every now and then she is using my computer to play, but mostly her own.
We enjoy playing S&P2 together, we are in the same city and help each other as well as other people from the city with Quest items, etc.
Since we are in the same city and also trade with each other I was worried you could see it as abuse.
It's one of the only games we play together and put in alot of effort and comparing on who the better shopkeeper is :)
Can I be sure that you won't see this as an abuse and one of us gets deleted without any questioning or do you send warnings or something to abusers first?
