This is ONE round of fight (my second fight vs this overpowered opponent)
Psychic blast does around 3000 damage to everyone in the party. One attack like that should be enough but no !
During one SINGLE round, he did :
4 x Pyschic blast
4 x wicked eye
1 x Howl
8 x normal attack

For a total of 17 attacks (9 aoe, 8 individual attacks)
For a total of 47455 damage.

And of course, because I died before the end of the turn, there is no way to be sure the wicked head wouldn't have stopped there...

Kind of an aside... question for Aatch.

How did you get that fight log? I'd kill to be able to read through my fights like that after the fact.

Yes - plus copy paste.
He is considered like a boss, so you have a message with the fight.

Hi there,

here I was, coming home from an awesome vacation, just to find out that Edgebee has killed my favorite time-killing-game.
Thank you Edgebee, really, that way I don't have to mess up my studies, which I kinda did since I started with SQ (That has to be your intention with this "we-balance-a-perfectly-good-maybe-slightly-unbalanced-game-to-hell-by-nerfing-the-few-thing-that-still-kept-the-ultra-imbalanced-stuff-at-bay" Update, right?? I mean after changing the turn regenerating system you noticed that there too many poor souls out there, playing much too long and neglecting their work/studies/obligations, so you said:" lets make it unplayable. Also that way noone will ever waste a single dime on it anymore. Two flies one stone")

I understand the need for balance in this game, but there's also some need for consistency in every game! All you are accomplishing right now, is driving away the few guys who were actually still willing to pay a few bucks for the stuff you're making. Bringing new stuff, waiting for every paying meber to buy as much as he can, and then nerfing it into oblivion- I don't know, I'm not a marketing expert - but it seems pretty darn dumb to me. The last two major updates hit your paying comunity the most, and with that I mean "kick them in the nuts, spit on their neck" hard, and by all means that can't be a goal for someone trying to SELL something, right????

If you would at least nerf everything, then it would be consistent... There is no arguing from my side when it comes to admitting that player power has skyrocketed, and that the new items hightened the potential even more, but cuting down some players and leaving every single bad thing that you could possibly come across in the game intact, is just making it impossible to play at all... Just to put the question brought up by Pyranor 281 back in the room: Do you even test the stuff you're firing at us??

Don't get me wrong, (even though it might sound that way ;) ) I'm not whining, I am actually really happy! I needed this motivation to stop playing this game for good. That just might be it.

P.S:
I'm sorry for the language! I was trying to stay civil...

That's a big pain in the butt - 10 points to you Sir for the effort you put in putting that post together.

So can we safely assume that all skills will have capped multi-hits?
With Musketeer and Paladin being the first to take the hit.

technically the first were ninja (assasinate) and berserker (traumatizing blow) - but we do not have to ge caught up in formalities...

bisides, I personally support that course of action to some degree - sure, some items seem useless now (let allone some passive skills) but it sort of puts in the spot to decide whether you want a passive-strong "attack" char OR you want to use the attack skills with there "goodies" ... granted, some formally used items to make the (and that expression is a 1-1 translation from german) EggleighingWoolMilkPig only apply to the first named concept ... different concepts now rely on different items...
