Hi there,
here I was, coming home from an awesome vacation, just to find out that Edgebee has killed my favorite time-killing-game.
Thank you Edgebee, really, that way I don't have to mess up my studies, which I kinda did since I started with SQ (That has to be your intention with this "we-balance-a-perfectly-good-maybe-slightly-unbalanced-game-to-hell-by-nerfing-the-few-thing-that-still-kept-the-ultra-imbalanced-stuff-at-bay" Update, right?? I mean after changing the turn regenerating system you noticed that there too many poor souls out there, playing much too long and neglecting their work/studies/obligations, so you said:" lets make it unplayable. Also that way noone will ever waste a single dime on it anymore. Two flies one stone")
I understand the need for balance in this game, but there's also some need for consistency in every game! All you are accomplishing right now, is driving away the few guys who were actually still willing to pay a few bucks for the stuff you're making. Bringing new stuff, waiting for every paying meber to buy as much as he can, and then nerfing it into oblivion- I don't know, I'm not a marketing expert - but it seems pretty darn dumb to me. The last two major updates hit your paying comunity the most, and with that I mean "kick them in the nuts, spit on their neck" hard, and by all means that can't be a goal for someone trying to SELL something, right????
If you would at least nerf everything, then it would be consistent... There is no arguing from my side when it comes to admitting that player power has skyrocketed, and that the new items hightened the potential even more, but cuting down some players and leaving every single bad thing that you could possibly come across in the game intact, is just making it impossible to play at all... Just to put the question brought up by Pyranor 281 back in the room: Do you even test the stuff you're firing at us??
Don't get me wrong, (even though it might sound that way ;) ) I'm not whining, I am actually really happy! I needed this motivation to stop playing this game for good. That just might be it.
P.S:
I'm sorry for the language! I was trying to stay civil...
